Uhaul and dusk were the perfect match for some photos. This is Gallatin Valleys 6th Uhaul location off Huffine offering both self storage and their typical trailer/truck rentals. Based on google maps street views of the property, it appears that Bateman-Hall from IF is the construction manager Hollowtop of Three Forks for mechanical, Central Electric of Lewistown for electrical, and Walker Excavation of Belgrade for groundwork.

Jul 30, 2024 Abandoned mine flooding Red Lodge house with thousands of gallons of water A public works investigation indicated the gravity drain that previously carried spring water from within the workings of the abandoned Sunset Mine to the city’s stormwater system has failed.
"These type of situations don't always come up too often. So, this is kind of a rare one, where the property was built where there was unfortunately a historic mine drain underneath it," said John Babcock, an Environmental Officer with the Abandoned Mine Project.
July 31, 2024 The Montana Department of Commerce announced today that more than $440,000 in grant funding has been awarded to three Montana communities to support vital public safety and development projects in coal-impacted areas. The funding was allocated to these communities by the Montana Coal Board.

US equities fell off a cliff last week
Oil related prices slipped last week crude being down -2.45%, propane slipping -8.14%, Naphtha sloping down -6.40%.
Lithium carbonate prices fell toward CNY 80,000 per tonne in August, the lowest in over three years, amid increasing concerns of oversupply. Lithium is down -69.94% year over year
Butter increased 1,700 EUR/T or 30.70% since the beginning of 2024 up 5.37% last week.

History of 5th wheel coupling
When Otto Neumann and August Fruehauf invented the semi-trailer in 1914, they created a version of a 5th wheel pin hitch coupling which they used until 1916. Then they adopted an improved version of the fifth Wheel offered by the Martin Rocking Company in Massachusetts offered by inventor Hermann Farr and his partner, Charles Martin.
